Refitted (Cassar Shipyard Malta) in 2012

Steel superstructure and hull (reinforced for sea ice conditions); lateral stabilzers, approved for offshore navigation.

MAN Engine 750HP overhauled in 2012. 9 knots cruise speed, 12 knots max speed.

4 power generators, back-up engine, watermaker, waste treatment unit.

3 decks : main, upper and sun all covered with Teak , teak varnished handrails.

Navigation and safety

New navigation Equipment (2012-2014) : 3 long range radars, 3 GPS, Satellite communication, Satellite Internet, Anticollision system, HF radio, VHF radios, 2 autopilots, 4 offshore Solas Liferafts (40 people capacity), arctic survival suits.

Fuel tanks capacity 100,000 liters (ie range of nearly 20,000 nautical miles = round the world). Water tanks 12 tons.

Central heating and A/C throughout.

Fully equipped for 12+ passengers (6 cabins with independent bathrooms) and 5 crews (3 cabins) in distinct areas.

Professional galley. 4 large capacity freezers, cold and dry rooms.
